Return and Refunds

MaskandFantasy.com returns and refunds policy?

We do not accept rerurns of seasonal goods. ( e.g. Halloween, Christmas, Saint Patrick’s, etc )

We accept returns of merchants except seasonal items within 30 days after purchase.

The items must be returned to us with shipping receipt. Refunds are for only for the cost of the item. Shipping charges are not refundable. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. All merchandise must be in a new condition, unopened, unworn and in original packaging.

Require a RAN (Return Authorization Number) to receive instructions to return the product. To request a RAN number send an email to return@maskandfantasy.com with a copy of your shipping receipt.
